Our Pet Care Services

At Toureen Pet Resort and Spa we offer boarding for both cats and dogs. For canine family members we offer Premium or Luxury Suites, and for feline family members we offer Kitty Condos.

Grooming and Spa Services

Toureen Pet Resort and Spa has designed every step of the grooming process to limit stress and promote the health of your pet. Our groomers are experienced in all styles of hair cutting, and will groom to your exact specifications.

Some of the services available include:

• Hydrosurge bathing
• Ear Cleaning
• Hot-Oil Treatments
• Pedicures
• Anal Glands
• Medicated Baths, Flea & Tick Dipping

• Kennels are cleaned and disinfected daily, more often if needed
• Bedding is washed daily
• Air is fresh and filtered with appropriate temperature control
• Soothing classical music plays in kennels
• Every dog is taken out at least 3 times per day

The Luxury Boarding Package includes a suite with all of the lavish amenities of a five star hotel. In addition to the benefits of the Premium Boarding Package, your dog also receives:

• Two personal or group playtimes per day
• Extra large rooms
• “Turn down” nightly biscuit service
• Luxury beds

Add on services available to customize your pet’s stay include:

• Supervised group playtimes
• Personal playtimes
• Riverwalks at various outdoor areas
• Grooming

The Kitty Condos are located in a soundproof cat room, with windows to the outside for your cats viewing pleasure. Each cat is provided with a bed and access to water at all times. In addition:

• Condos are cleaned and disinfected daily, more if needed
• Bedding is washed daily
• Air is fresh and filtered with appropriate temperature control
• Every cat is taken out 2 times per day to play in our indoor gym

The Premium Dog Boarding Package includes a spacious and clean kennel. Each dog is provided with a bed and access to water at all times. In addition, to insure a healthy boarding environment:

• Large Dogs - $34
• Cats - $19
• If Boarding 3 animals, the lowest priced one is 50% off.
• If Boarding 4 animals, the lowest priced pet is free.

Suite Area

• All Dogs are $59 each

Optional Services

• River Walks are $7 each
• Playtimes are $7 each
• 1 hour in daycare for interviewed boarders only $12
• 2 hour in daycare for interviewed boarders only $16

Day Care

• Full Day - $30 (more than 4 hours and up to 10 hrs)
• 1/2 Day - $20 (4 hours or less)
